How it works

This sentence follows the standard 'My name is [Name]' pattern.

• 제: Polite pronoun for 'my', a contraction of 저의.
• 이름은: '이름' (name) plus the topic particle '은', marking 'name' as the topic of the sentence.
• 알렉스예요: The name 'Alex' followed by the polite informal copula (to be) '-예요'.

Reusable Pattern
